Had a blast banging these noodles against the counter. The process from making the dough to cooking the noodles and then the satisfying sizzle of the oil releasing the aromatics was really enjoyable. This really shook up our recipe routine and added something I’ve never made before. Highly recommend it!

We provide the reusable tools, starter spices, and foundational skills you need to hand-pull endless noodles. The only limit is the amount of flour you can get shipped to your house.
Can I make other Biang Biang noodle recipes with this kit?
Absolutely. Once you master the fundamentals of hand-pulled noodles, the world is your Biang Biang oyster. (And for the record, you can put oysters in your Biang Biang.) There are no wrong answers when it comes to noodles.
What kind of skill level do I need?
