Finding your signature smoke doesn’t have to stop with our Wood Smoked BBQ Kit. Explore three new amazing flavors of Oak, Mesquite, and Pecan wood. Our restaurant-quality wood chips are 100% all-natural and contain no additives or animal-derived ingredients. Each box is pre-measured to fill the smoker box and yield approximately 2 hours of smoke.

Oak wood produces a basic smoke that is wonderful for creating a smoky flavor that is very subtle. It is a perfect complement to just about any rub or seasoning.

Mesquite wood has a strong and earthy flavor that is ideal for most red and dark meats. It's one of the hottest burning woods and is said to have a bacon-like flavor.

Pecan wood has a sweet, nutty, and rich flavor, similar to hickory, which is great for poultry. Pecan wood is also strong enough to stand up to beef, pork, and game meats as well.

All you’ll need is a gas or charcoal grill. We recommend a smoker box (thats included in our 8-piece kit), but you can also use a piece foil as tray for the wood chips.

Originally bought this for a Father’s Day gift for my father in law but when we received it, we had to try it out. Not only did the chips provide the right amount of flavor, but the recipes on the back make me want to play around with some creative grilling ideas.We will be ordering another gift set for Father’s Day!
